Business Excellence Manager

We are seeking a Business Excellence Manager who will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive organizational performance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive KPIs across all departments, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare and deliver Weekly Business Reviews (WBR) and Monthly Business Reports to senior leadership.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to define, refine, and optimize performance metrics and dashboards.
- Build and automate data pipelines utilizing SQL, Excel, and Python to streamline data processing.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose practical, data-driven solutions to improve processes.
- Ensure alignment between day-to-day operational performance, overall business goals, and strategic priorities.
- Support leadership with special analytical projects and in-depth data analysis as required.

Required Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years of professional experience in Business Excellence, Data Analytics, or Strategy roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, strong command of SQL, and working knowledge of Python programming.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the skill to translate complex data trends into clear business insights.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, combined with strong presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ownership, organizational discipline, and meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with dashboarding and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau is highly desirable.
