We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions. This role requires strong skills in data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting, along with the ability to develop interactive dashboards. Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Sisense, Excel, and Google Sheets is essential to extract, analyze, and visualize data effectively across various business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Tableau, Sisense, and other BI tools to support business units.
- Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver customized reporting solutions.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise presentations and reports for non-technical audiences.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing validation and quality control processes.
- Support data-driven decision-making by providing recommendations based on analytical findings.
- Continuously improve data collection and analysis processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar data analysis role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Expertise in Tableau and Sisense for dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Solid understanding of KPI development and performance measurement.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
