Business Manager

We are seeking a Business Manager to oversee our international client relationships and serve as the primary liaison between clients, creative teams, and the CEO. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage multiple accounts, ensure seamless communication, and align project deliverables with client expectations. The ideal candidate will have experience in client servicing or account management within a marketing or creative agency environment, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, managing day-to-day communication and relationship building.
- Coordinate creative, branding, and social media projects with internal teams to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Review work outputs to maintain quality and consistency with client expectations.
- Manage project timelines, gather and incorporate client feedback, and oversee deliverables.
- Keep the CEO informed about client progress, potential issues, and new business opportunities.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing client relationships and drive business growth.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, marketing, or within a creative agency.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up abilities.
- Solid understanding of branding, social media, and creative processes.
- Confidence and professionalism in managing international client interactions.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to handle multiple accounts responsibly and efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Location: Karachi, preferably residing in DHA or Clifton areas.
- Work Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM, full-time, in-person position.
- Salary Range: PKR 100,000 to 150,000 per month, plus a performance-based bonus.
