Role Description The Business Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, responsible for overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations and ensuring smooth service delivery. This role includes managing staffing levels and schedules, coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house workflows, and monitoring inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.

The Business Operations Manager will track key performance indicators, optimize operational processes, and support financial planning through budgeting, cost control, and revenue analysis. The role also involves implementing operational policies, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, supporting program and project rollouts, and collaborating with leadership to improve guest experience and operational efficiency. Qualifications

Strong Business Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily restaurant activities and streamline processes.
Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance metrics, and drive data-informed decisions.
Program Management experience to plan, implement, and monitor operational initiatives and improvement projects.
Finance skills to support budgeting, cost management, and financial performance tracking.
Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or retail operations management is highly preferred.
Ability to lead diverse teams, delegate effectively, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and being present on-site during peak hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
