Business Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and technically curious Pre-Sales Executive to join our Sales team. In this role, you will work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value for prospects. You will conduct compelling product demos that help win deals and support the sales team in selling more effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct timely product demonstrations and accurately log each demo in HubSpot.
- Respond to technical inquiries from customers and partners within one business day.
- Complete security and compliance questionnaires as required.
- Set up trial portals and manage paid pilots, including those for new AI products.
- Draft technical sections for bids and proposals.
- Collaborate with the presales team to build partner integrations based on business priorities.
- Utilize AI assistants such as Claude daily for technical research, questionnaire drafting, and proposal writing.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical account management.
- Practical experience with video, AI, or cloud software products.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills for effective communication with US-based customers.
- Confidence in delivering live product demos to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of cloud and on-premises deployments, identity management, SSO, and security questionnaires.
- Experience automating routine tasks using AI tools like Claude, including reusable prompts, projects, or simple scripts.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional environment for customer calls.
- Legal authorization to work in Pakistan.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates who can simplify complex technology, respond quickly and accurately to technical questions, and proactively manage pilots without supervision will stand out. Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and a strong sense of ownership are highly valued. Immediate or near-immediate availability (within 30 days) is preferred.

Compensation includes a monthly salary plus commission. Commission is based on 7.5% of revenue received by the company per deal and is shared among all contributors. On partner deals, the partner retains their margin first. Commissions are paid the month following customer payment, with no cap on earnings. Early small payments are made for properly completed steps before deal closure. The pay mix at target is approximately 80% salary and 20% commission, with a 10% commission share on team deals and 15% on RFP deals.
