Business Strategy and Operations Analyst II (RevOps)

As a Business Strategy & Operations Analyst II, you will be an integral part of the Sales Operations team, driving innovation and operational efficiency. This role transcends traditional support functions, positioning you as a strategic partner to Sales and Sales Operations leaders. You will play a key role in scaling Motive’s successful operations model, enabling teams to concentrate on high-impact initiatives that accelerate company growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports that deliver critical business insights to stakeholders.
- Project Management: Support the management of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall business goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with sales leaders and other key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and strategic alignment.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain data integrity and accuracy through rigorous quality assurance processes.

Required Qualifications

- Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in business intelligence, sales operations, or related fields, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and reporting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Salesforce is essential. Mandatory expertise in SQL is required. Familiarity with Apps Script, Hex, and N8N is preferred.
- Analytical and Communication Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities combined with strong communication skills. A proactive and adaptable mindset with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work is essential.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics, or a related discipline is encouraged. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information

Candidates should be prepared for an on-site assessment round as part of the hiring process. This will involve simulations reflecting real-world scenarios faced by analysts, including deep dives into raw data, crafting business narratives using Google Sheets, and extracting data via SQL. This approach allows candidates to demonstrate their analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills beyond traditional interviews.
