As a Business Strategy & Operations Analyst II at Motive, you will play a critical role within our Sales Operations team by driving innovation and operational efficiency. This position goes beyond traditional support functions, positioning you as a strategic partner to Sales and Sales Operations leaders. You will help scale our successful operations model, enabling teams to concentrate on high-impact initiatives that contribute directly to the company’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and analyze data to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver essential business intelligence to stakeholders.
- Support project management efforts by coordinating multiple initiatives to ensure timely completion and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with sales leaders and other key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and alignment across teams.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance to maintain data integrity and accuracy throughout all reporting processes.

Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience in business intelligence, sales operations, or related fields, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Salesforce is essential. Mandatory expertise in SQL is required. Familiarity with Apps Script, Hex, and N8N is preferred.
- Exceptional analytical abilities combined with strong communication skills. A proactive, adaptable mindset and a detail-oriented approach to delivering high-quality work are critical.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics, or a related discipline is encouraged.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Advanced degrees or relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
- As part of the hiring process, shortlisted candidates will participate in a technical assessment involving real-world scenarios. This includes deep-diving into raw data, crafting business narratives using Google Sheets, and extracting data with SQL. This approach allows candidates to demonstrate their analytical thinking and communication skills beyond traditional interviews.
