Business System Analyst

Hul Hub Pakistan is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join their team in Karachi. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process workflows.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the software development lifecycle (SDLC) by working closely with development teams using Agile methodologies.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Contribute to system integration efforts, including understanding APIs and data flow between systems.
- Utilize tools such as Jira and Figma to manage project tasks and visualize processes (knowledge of these tools is advantageous).

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of business analysis principles, SDLC, and Agile frameworks.
- Familiarity with requirements gathering techniques, user story creation, and process mapping.
- Foundational knowledge of UAT, APIs, and system integration concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
