Cab Dispatcher

We are seeking a responsible and organized Cab Dispatcher to join our team in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate strong coordination abilities. This role requires efficiently managing ride requests while ensuring smooth operations between drivers, customers, and the operations team. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage incoming ride requests and bookings.
- Assign trips to available drivers based on their location and availability.
- Monitor ongoing trips to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
- Communicate trip details and updates effectively with drivers and customers.
- Handle delays, cancellations, and customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, driver assignments, and trip details.
- Coordinate smoothly between drivers, customers, and the operations team.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with dispatching systems.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time well.
- Previous experience in cab dispatching, transportation, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
