A reputable telecom company is seeking a skilled DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) professional to join their team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation and troubleshooting of phone lines, internet cables, and TV fiber cables. This role requires hands-on technical expertise as well as the ability to effectively resolve customer complaints. Candidates must possess a valid DAE diploma and have their own bike for commuting to various work locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and troubleshoot phone lines to ensure proper connectivity and functionality.
- Perform installation and troubleshooting of internet cables to maintain reliable internet services.
- Handle TV fiber cable installation and resolve any related technical issues.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel to different locations within Rawalpindi as required, using a personal bike.

Required Qualifications
- Completed 3-year DAE diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, or IT disciplines.
- Must own a bike for transportation to job sites.
- Ability to work full-time and on-site in Rawalpindi.

- Salary starts at Rs. 40,700 per month with additional incentives based on performance.
- The position offers a monthly pay range from Rs. 40,700 to Rs. 70,000, reflecting experience and incentive earnings.
