We are seeking a skilled Splicer to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical, Electronics, or IT and possess 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in cable preparation and splicing. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, negotiable based on experience, along with medical insurance and an annual cash reward. The role requires hands-on work with optical fiber cables, including jointing, splicing, and maintenance, and demands a proactive approach to leading a maintenance team and managing tools effectively. Candidates must have a valid bike license and their own bike for transportation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct jointing of optical fiber cables with precision and care.
- Prepare cables by stripping and cleaving them accurately for splicing.
- Perform splicing of cables ensuring high-quality connections.
- Enclose joints properly to protect and secure cable connections.
- Organize cable handling to avoid pressure points that could damage the cables.
- Lead and coordinate the Maintenance Team to ensure smooth operations.
- Take responsibility for the storage and maintenance of all tools and equipment used in the splicing process.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical, Electronics, or IT with a minimum of 3 years of study.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant hands-on experience in cable splicing and preparation.
- Valid bike license and ownership of a bike for commuting to work sites.
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore and perform physically demanding tasks related to cable splicing.
