CAD Draftman

A well-established Design Consultant Firm based in Karachi is seeking a Senior CAD Draftsman specializing in Architecture and Structural disciplines. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in building works, including both architectural and industrial drawings. This role requires hands-on expertise in preparing detailed CAD drawings to support various construction and design projects. The position is based at the office located near Shaheed-e-Millat Road, and immediate appointment is available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and detailed architectural and structural CAD drawings for building and industrial projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design specifications are met.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.
- Maintain organized documentation of all drawings and revisions.
- Support the design team in coordinating technical details related to building works.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards in all drafting activities.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience as a CAD Draftsman in building and industrial projects.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software relevant to architectural and structural drafting.
- Solid understanding of building construction processes and industry standards.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
