We are looking for a proficient CAD Draftsman to join a leading company in the signage and outdoor advertising sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing precise technical drawings and designs using CAD software, tailored specifically for signage and outdoor media projects. This role demands a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of design principles, materials, and fabrication methods used within the signage industry.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Drawing & Design:
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for various signage and outdoor advertising projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to interpret creative concepts and translate them into technical drawings.
- Prepare layouts, elevations, and sectional views for different signage structures.

Material & Specification Coordination:
- Specify appropriate materials, finishes, and fabrication techniques within the drawings.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards and client requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to verify accurate representation of materials and production processes.

Project Collaboration:
- Work alongside project managers, engineers, and designers to align drawings with project timelines and objectives.
- Participate in project meetings to provide input on design feasibility and material selection.
- Update and revise drawings based on feedback from internal teams and clients.

Quality Control & Compliance:
- Conduct site visits to collect measurements and data necessary for precise drafting.
- Maintain quality standards by ensuring all drawings are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Stay informed about the latest CAD software updates and industry trends to enhance drafting quality.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Drafting, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a CAD Draftsman, preferably within the signage or outdoor media advertising industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent tools.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and construction techniques related to signage.
- Ability to read, interpret, and produce technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
