CAFÉ MANAGER

Zoom Food Café – Amalfii is looking for a professional and results-oriented Café Manager to lead the daily operations at its Sabzazar branch in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong leadership skills, capable of managing staff and ensuring smooth workflow during the night shift. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain high standards of service quality and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily café operations to ensure efficient and smooth functioning.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate the café team to maintain productivity and morale.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and keep accurate consumption records.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, demonstrating proficiency in MS Excel.
- Uphold company standards by ensuring service quality and operational discipline.
- Address and resolve any operational or customer service issues promptly.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) is mandatory.
- Candidates must be based in Lahore.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with inventory management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability and willingness to work night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- The position offers a monthly salary of PKR 60,000.
- The shift duration is 9 hours per day with 4 days off per month.
