Cafe Waiter

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Waiter to join our team in Islamabad on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience and be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience through attentive and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive at the restaurant or dining area.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about specials, menu items, and beverage options.
- Accurately and efficiently take food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and drinks promptly to guests.
- Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining.
- Assist with setting up and taking down dining areas for special events or banquets.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food delivery.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a waiter or in a similar customer service role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and cash transactions.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in person at the Islamabad location.

Compensation:
The position offers a monthly salary of Rs30,000.
