CALL CENTER AGENT (Day Shift)

We are seeking motivated and dedicated Sales Agents for a long-term position with DU / Etisalat Telecom, based in the UAE. The position is full-time, with working hours from 11 AM to 7 PM, located at MM Alam Road, Gulberg 3, Lahore. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers to promote DU / Etisalat telecom products and services.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the campaign.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during all interactions.
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions to clients.
- Report daily sales activities and customer feedback to the management team.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with customers.
