Call Center Agent

MARS BPO is looking for motivated and confident individuals to join their team as International Sales Representatives at their Saddar, Karachi office. The position involves promoting and selling various products and services while working evening and night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally and clearly with international customers in English.
- Explain products and services effectively to potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer questions and objections with confidence.
- Utilize persuasion, negotiation, and closing techniques to secure sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
