Call Center Agent

Asoft Logix is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join its SSDI campaign team. This opportunity is well-suited for candidates aged 18 to 25 who have prior experience in SSDI or other call center campaigns. Fresh candidates who are fluent in English and possess strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls related to the SSDI campaign with efficiency and professionalism
- Provide clear and accurate information to clients while addressing their queries and concerns
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
- Actively participate in training programs to improve skills and campaign knowledge
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations

Required Qualifications
- Age between 18 and 25 years
- Previous experience in SSDI or other call center campaigns is preferred
- Fresh candidates must be fluent in English and demonstrate strong communication abilities
- Availability to work night shifts from 6:30 PM to 3:00 AM
- Willingness to work on-site at the office location in Karachi
