Call Center Agent

MARS BPO, based in Saddar, Karachi, is looking for motivated and confident individuals to join as International Sales Associates. This full-time, on-site position involves engaging with international customers primarily in English, presenting the company’s products and services, addressing inquiries, and driving sales to meet targets. The role requires working the evening shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The compensation package includes a competitive basic salary, commission, and performance bonuses, offering attractive earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers from various international markets.
- Introduce and explain the benefits of products and services to potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and respond to inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Handle objections and guide customers through the sales process to close deals.
- Follow up with interested prospects to convert leads into sales.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English is essential for clear communication with international clients.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to handle diverse customer interactions.
- Confidence, persuasion, and negotiation abilities to influence buying decisions.
- A positive and target-driven attitude toward achieving sales goals.
- Willingness to work the designated night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Previous experience in sales or call centers is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
