Call Center Agent

Join a dynamic team as a Call Center Agent based in Johar Town, Lahore, working the night shift. This full-time position involves making outbound calls to property owners in the USA to identify potential sellers and present the benefits of cash offers for their properties. The role requires working Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays, from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time. Compensation ranges from PKR 60,000 to 80,000 per month, plus commission, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners in the USA to identify potential sellers. Clearly communicate the advantages of receiving cash offers for their properties. Collect and document detailed information regarding property condition, seller motivation, and timelines. Respond confidently and professionally to inquiries and objections. Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems with all interactions. Collaborate with team members to enhance outreach strategies and meet campaign goals.

Required Qualifications:
Exceptional English communication skills with a clear accent are essential. Candidates must demonstrate confidence and professionalism when engaging with clients over the phone. The ability to work the night shift aligned with EST hours (7:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Time) is mandatory. A minimum of one year’s experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service is required. Strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven mindset are important. Candidates should be willing to reliably commute or relocate to Lahore prior to starting work.
