Call center agents required Urdu & punjabi

We are seeking motivated and professional Male and Female Call Center Agents proficient in Urdu and Punjabi to join our team in Lahore. This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs80,000. Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills in Urdu and Punjabi, a confident and professional demeanor, and basic computer knowledge. Punctuality and a hardworking attitude are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in Urdu and Punjabi with professionalism and clarity
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly targets
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure quality standards

Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Urdu and Punjabi languages with excellent verbal communication skills
- Basic computer literacy to operate call center software and tools efficiently
- Ability to maintain a confident and professional attitude during calls
- Punctuality and strong work ethic to meet attendance and performance expectations
- Open to both fresh candidates and those with prior call center experience
