One Stop BPO is seeking experienced Call Center Closer Agents to join our team at our Rawalpindi location. This full-time, onsite position requires candidates with a minimum of six months to one year of closing experience in a call center environment. The role involves working night shifts from 7 PM to 4 AM. We offer a competitive salary package starting at PKR 100,000 basic, with incentives that can increase total earnings up to PKR 250,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers over the phone to effectively close sales and finalize agreements.
- Handle objections confidently and use persuasive communication to secure customer commitments.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while managing customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately in the system.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in call center sales or closing roles.
- Strong command of English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to confidently manage objections and close deals efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in debt settlement or related financial services is highly preferred.
