We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our Affordable Care Act (ACA) Healthcare campaign. This full-time, night shift role is based in Rawalpindi and focuses on generating high-quality leads by engaging potential customers and providing detailed information about ACA-related services. The ideal candidates will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to create positive customer experiences while consistently meeting lead generation targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce ACA services.
- Clearly and effectively communicate ACA-related information to potential customers.
- Identify and qualify leads based on established criteria.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and lead statuses.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall campaign goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Intermediate level of education is required.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in a call center or sales environment is preferred, though fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
- At least one year of experience as a Self Verifier is advantageous.
- Competitive salary ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 150,000 per month, plus performance-based bonuses.
