Call Center Job

We are seeking a motivated Cold Caller (Customer Service Representative) to join our team on a full-time basis, working the night shift from our office located in Johar Town, Lahore. The role involves making outbound calls to property owners in the USA to identify potential sellers and present cash offer opportunities. This position requires working hours from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays. The salary ranges from PKR 60,000 to 80,000 per month, depending on experience, plus commission.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners in the USA to identify motivated sellers.
- Clearly communicate the advantages of receiving cash offers for their properties.
- Collect and record detailed information regarding property condition, seller motivation, and timelines.
- Handle inquiries and objections professionally and confidently.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update all interactions in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with the team to improve outreach strategies and achieve campaign goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear and understandable accent.
- Confidence and professionalism when engaging with clients over the phone.
- Ability to work during the night shift aligned with the EST time zone (7:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Time).
- Minimum of one year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven approach.
- Candidates with no prior experience but excellent English proficiency are also encouraged to apply.
