We are seeking an experienced Call Center Manager / Front Sales Manager with a strong background in US-based outbound campaigns, particularly Medicare. The ideal candidate will have over three years of hands-on experience managing sales teams and campaigns focused on Medicare, Final Expense, and Hospital Indemnity. This role requires a proven track record in driving sales performance, leading front-end sales teams, and optimizing campaign results within a fast-paced call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a high-performing front sales and outbound calling team to meet daily sales, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs, call quality assessments, and conversion rates to ensure consistent achievement of goals.
- Coach, train, and motivate sales agents to enhance their skills and improve overall team performance.
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing lead conversion rates and maximizing sales outcomes.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with relevant teams to address challenges.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance, Training, and Operations departments to maintain alignment and ensure campaign compliance.
- Prepare and distribute daily and weekly performance reports to track progress and inform decision-making.
- Ensure strict adherence to campaign requirements and established sales processes to maintain regulatory and company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing US outbound call center sales campaigns.
- Strong expertise in Medicare campaigns with demonstrated success in this area.
- Experience working with Final Expense and Hospital Indemnity campaigns is highly preferred.
- Proven leadership experience managing sales or front-end teams in a call center setting.
- Deep understanding of US sales processes, key performance indicators, and conversion metrics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
Candidates with experience in multiple US outbound campaigns beyond Medicare, such as Final Expense and Hospital Indemnity, will have an advantage. The role is based on-site, requiring in-person attendance.
