Call Center Night Shift (Freshers can Apply!)

P-Tech is seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Call Center Customer Sales Representatives for the night shift. This role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to engage and convert potential customers.
- Identify customer requirements and provide clear, accurate information about products and services.
- Accurately enter customer details and call outcomes into the system.
- Recommend or upsell services when appropriate to meet customer needs.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and positive demeanor on every call to enhance customer experience.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education requirement is a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
- Good command of English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong listening skills, persuasive ability, and problem-solving mindset.
- Energetic, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic work environment.
- Basic computer skills with familiarity in data entry tasks.
