Shaadi Organization Pakistan is seeking a dedicated female Call Center Officer to join their outbound sales team at one of their three Karachi branches. This full-time, office-based role offers flexible shift options, either morning (11 am to 8 pm) or afternoon (2 pm to 11 pm), from Monday to Saturday. The position is ideal for candidates with a strong background in tele-sales or tele-marketing, particularly those experienced in client relationship management within service industries or call centers. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, providing rishta consultancy, and converting leads into paying customers while consistently meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide rishta consultancy and counseling to assigned leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, or in-person meetings at the office.
- Convert leads into paid clients by effectively communicating the value of services.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Maintain excellent follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Demonstrate command over the sales process and flow to maximize conversion rates.
Required Qualifications:
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum education level from intermediate to master’s degree.
- At least two years of experience in tele-sales, tele-marketing, or client relationship roles within a service industry or call center environment, specifically involving outbound sales.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication skills with an extroverted and sharp mindset.
- Ability to manage client follow-ups effectively.
- Willingness to undergo rishta consultancy training provided by the organization.
