Call Center Recruiter

Mars BPO is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Call Center Recruiter to join our team and play a vital role in building a talented and high-performing workforce. This position involves managing the full recruitment cycle, attracting top candidates, and supporting the company’s expansion within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The role requires working in-person during the shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM and offers a competitive salary of up to PKR 80,000 per month. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes specifically for call center and BPO roles.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ suitability for various positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of recruitment activities and candidate data.
- Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously while consistently meeting recruitment targets.
- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment to support company growth.

Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to source and assess candidates effectively.
- Strong communication and interviewing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple recruitment assignments concurrently.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
