Call Center Recruiter

Mars BPO is seeking a motivated and results-driven Call Center Recruiter to join our team and contribute to building a high-performing workforce. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, focusing on attracting and selecting top talent for our call center operations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for call center roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Maintain organized records of recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.
- Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide a positive experience.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources is preferred.
- Proven ability to recruit for BPO or call center positions is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct thorough interviews and candidate evaluations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working in a BPO or call center setting will be considered a strong asset.

- Competitive salary package ranging from PKR 40,000 to PKR 80,000 per month.
- Shift timing from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM, suitable for candidates comfortable with night shifts.
