Call Center Representative (Closer)

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives (CSR) with a minimum of one year of international calling experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates must be fluent in English and possess a clear American, British, or neutral accent. This full-time position offers competitive monthly compensation ranging from Rs. 55,000 to Rs. 75,000. The role requires working in-person during night shifts, with available timings from 8 PM to 4 AM or 10 PM to 6 AM. Comprehensive training of seven days will be provided to ensure smooth onboarding and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information during calls.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining high service standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets.

Required Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in international call center operations.
- Fluency in English with a strong American, British, or neutral accent.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to work night shifts (8 PM to 4 AM or 10 PM to 6 AM) on-site.
- Willingness to undergo a 7-day training program to familiarize with company processes.
