Call Center Representative - Female

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through outbound calls to generate business opportunities.
- Effectively communicate product and service information to prospective customers.
- Convert calls into successful sales, meeting or exceeding individual targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and contribute to overall business growth.
- Demonstrate professionalism and confidence in every customer interaction.

Required Qualifications
- Female candidates with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to speak confidently and persuasively over the phone.
- Strong motivation to achieve sales targets and earn commission-based incentives.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn; prior experience is not mandatory as training is provided.
- Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 9:15 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Commitment to working on-site at the designated office location.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in sales or call center roles is an advantage but not required.
- Competitive base salary starting at PKR 50,000 per month.
