Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through outbound and inbound calls to promote products and services.
- Convert calls into sales by effectively communicating value propositions and addressing customer needs.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidence during every interaction.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Continuously improve sales techniques through training and feedback.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, call center, or sales roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and confidently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls efficiently.
- Basic computer literacy for managing customer data and sales tracking.
- Willingness to work on-site during office hours from 9:15 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
