Call Center Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
- Generate new business opportunities while effectively managing existing client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls with confidence and professionalism.

Required Qualifications
- 0 to 2 years of experience in Sales, BPO, or Call Center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to develop professionally in a fast-paced sales environment.
