Call Center Representative

We are seeking enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (International). This full-time role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000. The position involves handling inquiries related to VA Experts, Real Estate, Front End (FE), and Lift Chairs. Candidates will work in shifts, either from 8 PM to 4 AM or 10 PM to 6 AM, and the work location is in person.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound international calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information and support related to VA Experts, Real Estate, FE, and Lift Chairs.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures during all interactions.
- Participate actively in training sessions and apply learned skills on the job.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate confidently.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they demonstrate good communication abilities and confidence.
- Willingness to work night shifts as per the assigned schedule.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in an international call center environment is highly preferred.
