Call Center Representative

MARS BPO is seeking confident, motivated, and target-driven individuals for the role of International Sales Representative based in Saddar, Karachi. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to build a career in the international call center industry. The role requires strong English communication skills and a passion for sales. You will engage with international customers, clearly explain products and services, follow up on leads, and work towards achieving sales targets. Compensation is commission-based with performance bonuses, providing significant earning potential for high performers. The shift timing for this role is from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM, and the work location is in person.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international customers in English.
- Clearly explain products and services to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Confidently handle customer questions and objections.
- Utilize effective persuasion, negotiation, and sales-closing techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Confidence in interacting with international customers.
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Availability to work the 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM shift.
- Previous experience in international call centers or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
