Call Center Representative

MARS BPO is looking for motivated, confident, and target-driven individuals fluent in English to join our international call center in Saddar, Karachi as International Sales Representatives. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for those interested in international sales, telesales, customer communication, and the BPO industry. In this role, you will engage with international customers, present products and services, handle objections, follow up on leads, and close sales. Compensation is commission-based with additional performance bonuses, rewarding your achievements directly.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international customers in English.
- Promote and explain products and services to potential clients.
- Generate sales opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Apply persuasive communication, negotiation, and sales-closing techniques.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Deliver a professional customer experience while achieving sales goals.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in engaging with international customers.
- Effective persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work the evening/night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.
