360 BPO Solutions is seeking motivated individuals to join our team in a dynamic call center environment. The role involves engaging with leads and existing customers through outbound calls, introducing our services, and generating qualified leads. Key Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to both leads and existing customers.
- Follow provided scripts to effectively introduce services and persuade customers.
- Generate and qualify leads to support business growth.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets related to call volume, call quality, and conversion rates.
Required Qualifications
- For experienced candidates: A minimum of 6 months of US-based call center experience is mandatory.
- For fresh candidates: Excellent verbal English communication skills are essential.
- Age limit: Candidates must be under 35 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Call center experience of 1 year is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent command of English is required for all applicants.
- Salary package includes a fixed basic of PKR 55,000 for experienced beginners and PKR 35,000 for freshers.
- Attendance allowance of PKR 10,000 is provided.
- Additional incentives are offered on a per-lead basis along with monthly bonuses.
- Total monthly earnings can range from PKR 80,000 to PKR 100,000.
- This role does not involve sales or sales targets.
- Performance appraisals are conducted every six months to recognize and reward progress.
- Female employees receive free transportation, while male employees are provided with a transport allowance.
- Work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 6 PM to 3 AM.
- The position is full-time and requires in-person attendance at the office located in Clifton, Karachi.
