Call Center Sales Executive – Inbound Campaign

We are seeking confident and energetic Inbound Sales Specialists to join our U.S. Telecom campaign. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from interested customers, assess their needs, and recommend the best Internet and Cable plans available. Your primary goal will be to close sales while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating, thrive on meeting targets, and are eager to advance quickly within the sales industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from U.S. customers and accurately identify their telecom service requirements.
- Recommend appropriate packages and close sales with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed call logs and follow up with leads using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales performance and share best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inbound sales or working on a U.S. Cable/Internet campaign.
- Excellent English communication skills with a confident and clear phone presence.
- Strong sales-oriented mindset; self-motivated and goal-driven.
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools or call center software.
- Willingness and ability to work a permanent night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
