Call Center Sales Executive

MARS BPO, located in Saddar, Karachi, is seeking motivated individuals for a full-time, on-site sales position. The role involves engaging with international prospects primarily through clear English communication, explaining product features, and guiding customers through the sales process. Candidates will work evening shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM and will be compensated with a basic salary plus commission and performance bonuses. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with international prospects using clear spoken English.
- Explain product or service features to potential customers to generate interest.
- Build and maintain customer interest, following up on sales leads promptly.

- Work diligently towards achieving both individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information and sales activities.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English communication skills are essential.

- Self-motivated and target-driven, comfortable working independently.
- Availability to work the specified night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Previous experience in sales or call center environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
