Call Center Self Verifier

Trakcia is looking for motivated and confident Self-Verifiers / Closers to join an exciting US Home Improvement campaign based in Islamabad. This full-time position involves engaging with US customers and leads during night shifts to understand their needs, present offers professionally, qualify prospects, handle objections, and successfully close sales or schedule appointments. The role offers a competitive salary with performance-based incentives, providing an earning potential of up to PKR 70,000. Immediate joining is preferred. Key Responsibilities
- Contact US-based customers and leads to clearly and professionally present campaign offers.
- Assess customer interest and eligibility to qualify potential prospects.
- Manage objections and challenging conversations with confidence and professionalism.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales or appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
- Follow a structured sales and verification process effectively.
- Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and performance goals.
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure overall campaign success.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain a professional demeanor throughout customer interactions.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and professional personality capable of building rapport over the phone.
- Ability to handle objections and difficult conversations tactfully.

- Willingness to work night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Previous experience in call centers, telesales, verification, lead generation, or closing is advantageous.
