Call Center Specialist

As a Service Sales Executive, you will focus on building and nurturing long-term client relationships within the US logistics market. This role emphasizes relationship-driven sales, onboarding new clients, expanding existing accounts, and earning commissions that grow with your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in the US logistics industry.
- Onboard new clients and manage account growth through consultative sales approaches.
- Achieve sustainable performance targets without relying on scripted or high-pressure sales tactics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Track and report on sales activities and revenue generation.

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a BPO or call center environment, preferably with exposure to sales or client management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, either 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
- Commitment to a 6-day workweek (Monday to Saturday) with a one-month probation period.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to manage client data effectively.
