Call Center Specialist

Zameen.com is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Specialist for its Project Sales team. In this role, you will engage directly with clients to understand their property needs, provide detailed demonstrations, and facilitate site visits. Your primary goal will be to ensure a smooth sales process and successfully close deals while representing Zameen.com’s commitment to excellent customer service. As the face of the company, you will play a vital role in creating positive experiences for buyers and sellers alike.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and assess client requirements thoroughly to recommend suitable property units.
- Provide detailed demonstrations of properties and arrange site visits to enhance client engagement.
- Follow up consistently with clients to track any changes in their preferences or requirements.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Ensure timely closure of sales deals while maintaining a seamless and professional customer experience.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A passion for sales with a strong commitment to excellence and customer service.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales; fresh graduates with a keen interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
