Call Center Specialist

This role involves engaging with clients to understand their property needs, providing detailed demonstrations, conducting site visits, and ensuring successful closure of sales deals. Key Responsibilities
- Understand and assess client requirements thoroughly to recommend suitable property units.
- Provide comprehensive demonstrations of properties and arrange site visits to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Follow up regularly with clients to track any changes in their preferences or requirements.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Act as the face of the company by communicating effectively and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Required Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A passion for sales with a strong commitment to excellence and customer service.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales; fresh graduates with a keen interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients.
