Call Center Team Trainer

Mars BPO is seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Team Trainer to join our team and contribute to building a high-performing workforce. In this role, you will be responsible for coaching, training, and supporting call center agents during the evening shift. Your efforts will directly impact the growth and success of the organization by enhancing the skills and performance of our team members. This position requires a motivated and confident professional who can effectively develop training programs and foster a productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for both new hires and existing agents to improve customer service skills and operational knowledge.
- Motivate and coach team members to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
- Develop tailored training materials and programs aligned with the company’s objectives and the specific needs of agents.
- Monitor agent performance regularly, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and implement strategies to close skill gaps.
- Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to address training challenges and enhance overall team productivity.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in BPO or call center training roles is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively deliver training content and engage participants.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and proactively resolve issues.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Competitive salary offering up to PKR 80,000 per month.
- Evening shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM, requiring availability during these hours.
- This is an in-person position based at Mars BPO’s office.
