Call Centre Agents

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Call Centre Agents to join our expanding team. This full-time position involves working the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM at our office located on Mandian College Road, opposite Allied Bank, 2nd Floor, Abbottabad. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service primarily to clients based in the USA. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to start a career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with USA-based customers.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while managing customer interactions.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in English with strong verbal communication skills.
