Mars BPO is seeking motivated and confident Call Centre Sales Representatives to join their team for a night shift role based in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time position focuses on outbound sales, requiring individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert leads into sales. The role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment with competitive compensation ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs70,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers with professionalism and clarity.
- Clearly explain products and services to prospects.
- Identify customer needs and successfully convert leads into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Follow up with potential customers to close deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales reports.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Confidence and resilience in handling outbound sales calls.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented work environment.
- Previous experience in a call centre or sales role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fresh candidates with a strong willingness to learn and develop sales skills are encouraged to apply.
