Call Centre Representative (UK Shift)

Next Employment Services is seeking motivated and confident individuals to join our team as Call Centre Representatives for the UK shift. This full-time, on-site position is based in the Township Commercial Area of Lahore, with working hours from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a target-driven mindset. Candidates will have the opportunity to develop professionally in a supportive environment while contributing to the company’s growth by engaging with potential clients and generating new business leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with potential clients via calls and other channels.
- Generate new business opportunities and leads to support company growth.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into confirmed business.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven environment.
- Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, or Call Centre operations is preferred but not mandatory.
