We are seeking energetic and fluent English speakers to join our US telecom and home security campaigns based in Lahore. In this role, you will engage with customers over the phone, presenting various service options such as Internet, Digital TV, and Home Security, while effectively managing both inbound and outbound calls. The primary focus is to provide excellent customer service and close sales by addressing customer needs and overcoming objections. This position requires working night shifts aligned with US time zones and offers a dynamic, professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally with US-based customers.
- Present and explain product options including Internet, Digital TV, and Home Security services.
- Manage customer objections and provide appropriate solutions to close sales.
- Meet and exceed individual performance targets consistently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent spoken English with a neutral or American accent is mandatory.
- Strong communication and persuasive sales skills.
- Availability to work night shifts according to US timings.
- Prior experience in a US call center environment is preferred but not mandatory; fresh candidates with excellent English skills are encouraged to apply.
