Calling Agent

Creative World Prime is seeking confident and motivated Calling Agents to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers who possess good English communication skills and are eager to start a career in sales and business development. The role is based in DHA Phase II, Karachi, with working hours from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. Candidates should be comfortable working night shifts and demonstrate strong communication and convincing abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and engage them effectively.
- Present products and services clearly to generate interest and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through consistent follow-up and persuasion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- Freshers with good English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Confidence and energy to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Ability to work night shifts from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Strong communication and convincing skills to influence potential clients.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Basic salary of PKR 30,000.
- Attendance and punctuality allowance of PKR 5,000.
- Commission of PKR 2,000 on every approved deal.
- Total monthly pay ranging from PKR 35,000 to PKR 40,000.
- Work location is in person at DHA Phase II, Karachi.
