CALLING AGENT (MALE)

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Male Calling Agent to join our expanding team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience, preferably within the apparel, garments, or fashion retail industry. This role involves engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound calls to promote and sell apparel products, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to present apparel products and promotional offers.
- Address customer inquiries related to clothing items, including sizes, fabric details, pricing, and order status.
- Convert sales leads into confirmed orders and encourage repeat business.
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service during calls.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a call center agent, outbound sales agent, or telesales representative.
- Strong verbal communication skills, active listening abilities, and persuasive sales techniques.
- Ability to handle client objections professionally and close sales effectively.
- Familiarity with apparel product lines, retail customer handling, or garment order processing is highly preferred.

Salary and Work Details
The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs50,000 per month, depending on experience. This is an in-person role based in Karachi.
